What to do when you arrive?

Call us 5 minutes before arriving if possible.

Please ensure that you arrive on time, as we are booking back to back collections. 

Wear your face mask before entering. Ring the door bell and wait to be buzzed in.

Bring your collection slip if you have one. If there is a payment to be made, we are now taking both cash or card again.

Protect yourself and others by using the hand-sanitiser provided before trying on our items and when you are leaving.
